When you use the contact form, the details you provide are stored securely so Gillon can respond. This includes your name, contact details, message, submission time, source page and campaign attribution where present.
Why it is processed
The information is used only to respond to your enquiry, manage the conversation and protect the form from abuse. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Retention and rights
Enquiries are retained only while they remain relevant, then archived or deleted. You may ask to access, correct or erase your information by emailing gillonhunter@gmail.com.
